Our cakes are extremely fragile, so we are not able to ship them.

Our cakes will stay completely fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days and 2 weeks in the freezer.

We do not offer refunds after an order is placed.  However, if your event is cancelled and you notify us prior to making your custom cake, your payment may be used as a credit for another cake within two months of your initial order. 

ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF HALF THE ORDERS TOTAL AT THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED AND THE REMAINING BALANCE 48 HOURS BEFORE PICKUP OR DELIVERY. IF THAT BALANCE IS NOT PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS, ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.

We are not liable for any damage that occurs after your order has been picked up. If we are responsible for any prior damage or mistakes, we will do everything in our power to remedy this in a timely manner. 

Every order is custom and hand made. Decorations are subject to our artistic interpretation. You may provide a photo(s) for inspiration, but we will not duplicate another artist’s work exactly.

Please note that there is a strict 15-minute window for pick up. After 15 minutes, we will leave.
